Shipping & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Loyalty Graphics (“Loyalty Graphics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at PO Box 2102, Del Mar, CA 92014. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is received, but may vary. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the carrier. From time to time, certain products may be offered as pre-orders or backorders. If you purchase one of these items, payment will be collected at checkout and the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that pre-order and backorder shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing or supply chain delays. Orders containing pre-order/backorder items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying re-shipping fees.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance regarding lost or delayed deliveries.

All sales are final, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, gift cards, digital downloads, clearance items, and promotional products. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances. The only exceptions are: Size Exchanges (wrong size ordered; see policy below) and Damaged or Defective Items (may qualify for replacement or store credit at our discretion; see policy below).

We do not allow cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed. However, we do allow size exchanges if the wrong size was ordered. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition. Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size and are subject to availability. Exchanges cannot be made for a different style, color, or design.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Customers may be required to return the defective item before a replacement is issued.

Products are for personal use only. Loyalty Graphics is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, care, or washing of products. Clothing products are intended for general wear only and are not designed or certified for protective use. Sizes and colors may vary slightly from product images due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, or dye lots.

Loyalty Graphics is not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.
